5.0 Deliveries and Car Parking

There is no dedicated loading and delivery bay for the development and the road junction and traffic lights on Station Road mean it is not possible to stop and unload from there. We therefore recommend that any deliveries take place to the rear of the development using the road from Old Farm Avenue to the car park.

In order to improve the sustainability and environmental characteristics of our development, and given the excellent accessibility to both public transport and local services/amenities, only a limited number of car parking spaces have been provided within the development. These are allocated to those residents who have purchased them. If you are the beneficiary of a car parking space, we strongly recommend that you always use the lockable bollard when the space is not in use so as to avoid fly parking.

It should be noted that neither the occupier of the apartment nor their successor will be entitled to apply for a parking permit to park any vehicle in a parking bay or to buy a contract to park within any car park owned, controlled, or licensed by Bexley Borough Council unless they are the holder of a disabled persons badge.
